The apple juice made at home is very easy to prepare. It is natural, genuine, without additives and preservatives. The homemade apple juice is a sweet drink, delicious, rich in vitamins, fiber, and minerals. The apple juice is ideal for serving cool in the summer but can be prepared at any time of year. Great to enjoy at breakfast or as a snack and at any time of the day! Another reason to consume homemade apple juice? It is cheap! This is an excellent reason to prepare it often and make children drink it too, especially those who are reluctant to eat fruit. The only advice to keep in mind is that it should be enjoyed as soon as it is done, in such a way as to fully assimilate all the beneficial properties. Preparation of homemade apple juice
Sugar-free apple juice version
Wash the apples perfectly, peel them, cut them in half, and remove the core. Cut the apples into chunks.
Put the apples in a saucepan and add the water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes.
Blend everything with the blender until you get the apple juice. Pour it into a clean and dry bottle.
If you like apple juice less dense, without pulp, strain it before bottling.
Apple juice with a sugar version
Pour the water and sugar into the pot and boil the syrup for 10 minutes. Add 60 ml of lemon juice and chopped apples. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes: blend and bottle.
Note
Apple juice should be consumed at the moment, just made. If you want to keep it, remember that the one with sugar can be kept in the fridge for up to a week. The sugar-free one, on the other hand, I recommend consuming within three days.
