1. Hummus

For the same reason, the blender makes fabulous hummus in no time. The chickpeas are chopped until smooth and, together with the tahini, the lemon, and the oil, the mixture becomes creamy to the right point, ready to be spread or eaten with a spoon.

2. Oatmeal, almond flour

If you only have oatmeal in the house but would need the flour, all you have to do is put it in the blender and turn it on. In a few minutes, by stirring the content every now and then, you will have the product you need. If, on the other hand, what you need is almond flour, pay more attention: if you chop too much, you will end up with butter instead of flour.

3. Sauce

To have smooth and tasty sauces, just add all the ingredients and give a nice smoothie. From guacamole, which is obtained by combining ripe avocado, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and lime juice, to mayonnaise, classic with eggs or vegan without, to the more complicated Hollandaise sauce, which is easily affected by the external temperature, preparing these condiments immediately becomes simpler, with less work and an equally satisfying flavor.

The perfect result of vegetable burgers depends on the consistency of the mixture, which first of all must be rather smooth. The blender allows you to better chop ingredients such as chickpeas, beans, potatoes, or vegetables and thus guarantees an excellent base to add the other ingredients needed to the dough.

5. Velvety and pureed vegetables

Ideal in all seasons, the soups and vegetable purees are very simple to prepare with the blender, identical in this role to the immersion one. These recipes, however, do not necessarily have to be sipped hot: in view of the summer, you can prepare a raw soup with carrots and potatoes or a puree of minestrone without cooking with courgette carrot, celery, onion, water, and a few basil leaves. And as the Spaniards teach, by mixing bread, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, garlic, spices, and vinegar, prepare a refreshing gazpacho.

7. Rice and almond milk

Even the rice drink can be prepared at home. Just cook the grains a lot (about a quarter of an hour longer than their normal cooking time), wait for them to become a cream, and blend everything until they mix with the water, go away all the lumps and then filter. The same goes for the almond-based drink: just put the almonds in the glass together with a little maple syrup, some water, and a pinch of salt and let them go.
