With juicer

It is not necessary to free all the seeds from the fruit but, once opened in half, it is used with the peel as if it were a lemon or an orange, and I squeeze it. The pomegranate juice is therefore obtained from the squeezing of the whole pomegranate, not only of the arils but also of the peel.

With blender

To prepare pomegranate juice with a blender, first of all, free the seeds of the peel and the spongy part that could give a bitter taste to the juice.

With extractor

To obtain the pomegranate extract, simply insert the previously shelled arils from the whole fruit in an electric extractor.
