Avocado and Peach Smoothie Recipe

On summer evenings, it is perfect instead of the usual ice cream and can also be served to celiacs and vegans. Easy to prepare, fresh, and thirst-quenching, even the youngest will like it, but it is better not to put guarana if you want to serve it to children.

The ingredients are few and very simple, as well as the preparation of this velvety avocado and peach smoothie, however, will make you a great impression:


  • ½ avocado
  • 1 peach
  • 100 ml of orange juice
  • 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of guarana powder
  • ice
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa


Clean the fruit and peel it. Then cut the avocado in half and remove the core, then scoop out the pulp with a spoon and put it in large pieces in the blender together with the peach cut into pieces and the orange juice. Blend everything for a few minutes and add the ice, sugar, guarana powder (the tip of a spoon), and unsweetened cocoa.


You can make it creamier and sweeter by replacing the ice with half a glass of lemon sorbet, which will make the smoothie more caloric.
